A&G Primer: 3 x 2010 A&G Blasters

Discounted Allen & Ginter is a drug that does me so right.  I just can't resist.

I picked these up at Kmart a month or so ago.  I failed to get anything off of my want lists, but did get plenty to trade and saw a couple familiar faces.

As usual, I got a ton of This Day in History inserts:

That McCutchen guy there at the bottom seems to be doing okay this year, huh? Well, that jackass needs to knock it off so David Wright can snag the MVP.

Looks more like Teixeira than Damon.  He also looks a lot bigger than the phillies guy.  His feet also look very tiny.

I still say Homer is the most appropriate historical inclusion in all of A&G.  You know, until they have a Voodo Rituals set featuring the Sacrifice.

I love the fact that it looks like Pujols is dropping a turd on Hamilton.  Hamilton's all like, "I got it!".

The Markhor, Wisent, and Italian Wolf weren't the only animals I got in my blasters, though:

"Easter, the day Jesus rose from the dead. What should we do?"

"How 'bout eggs?!"

"Well, w-what does that have to do with Jesus?"

"Alright, we'll hide 'em."

"I don't...I don't follow your logic."

"Don't worry, there's a bunny."

All the Kmart here has is marked down blasters of 2010 Topps. It just adds to the overall depressing atmosphere of my Kmart.

You're definitely right about McCutchen needing to knock it off...David Wright all the way! Cool bunny too.
