Another trade with Plaschke, and a few firsts.

As usual, Greg of Plaschke, Thy Sweater is Argyle beat me to the trade post.  Lucky for me, he has started collecting Dirtbags Troy Tulowitzki and Jered Weaver, as I recently came across a few.  I also sent some Dodgers his way.  In return, Greg hit several firsts for me (and seconds, for that matter).

He sent some sweet Justin Upton cards:

including my second 2009 A&G Justin Upton relic:

This is also the second time he's given me a Wang:

Now we get to the firsts.  My first Alonzo Mourning relic:

'Zo is from the city I grew up in, and is an all-around great person.  I've heard many legendary tales of his high school basketball dominance.  Dawgbones knows what I'm talking about.

I also got my first Ryan Williams relic:

It's a shame Ryan blew up his knee in the preseason, he was looking pretty good.  Hopefully he will come back strong.

Here's a first you probably didn't expect.  My first Justin Verlander relic:

You would think I would have a Verlander relic by now, but they are becoming harder and harder to get cheaply.  I have two of his Sweet Spot Signatures, and a handful of rookies, so I now have the trifecta.

This final first also completes a trifecta.  This is a card I have bid on on eBay several times and never won.  I have wanted this card for a long time, so you know I was excited when Greg said he had it for me.  This is one of my favorite cards I own now.

I'll keep the commentary to a minimum and just say that is one beautiful card.

Thanks, again, Greg!
