Off the Wall cards

Shane of Off The Wall sent me a ton of 2010 and 2011 Allen and Ginter recently in exchange for a load of minis.  I'll hold off on showing the 2010 and 2011 since I've shown a ton recently. Instead, I'll show off the rest of the trade package, which were definitely the highlights for me.

First, 1995 Topps #3 Babe Ruth 100th Birthday.

That means that, including the cards I have in my Diamond Giveaway portfolio, I have 1987-2011 complete.  It also means I only need 13 cards to complete the thing.

Second, my first cards from 2007 Topps Allen and Ginter.

2007 was around when I was starting to collect, but I never got anywhere that sold Allen and Ginter, so I never saw any.  I want them all.

Lastly, the only 2006 Topps Allen and Ginter that I own

1 down, 349 to go.  You could say this card opens the Doerr for my 2006 collection.  That's comedy gold right there.  Bobby doesn't look overly optimistic on my completing the set.

Thanks, again, Shane, for the great trade!

The first two years of A&G are still my favorites. I particularly like the legends like Bobby Doerr. They look really good on the these cards.

That Doerr is one schweet cards there Spankee. I may have to hunt one of those down for myself... Mr. Doerr was my first TTM success, and one heck of a nice guy.
