That's right, I'll be taking my wife to the midnight showing of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II. Over the past week and a half, we have rewatched the first 7 movies in order to prepare. I don't usually get excited to go to the movies, but this is going to be awesome. I would be fine with seeing it NOT at midnight, but I'm surely not letting my wife go to the midnight showing alone. The same concept applies to the Twilight films: I don't need to see it at midnight, but she doesn't need to be out alone at midnight with a bunch of vampire enthusiasts. It's sad that the Harry Potter movie franchise is ending (for now) because Hermione is hot.

Oh man. A friend of mine turned me on to the book recently, so I've been feverishly reading them so I can watch the movies just so I can watch the movie with everyone else. I think I might just be waiting until it comes out on dvd. Have fun.
I am going with my son at 12 in Vancouver.
I will be sound asleep in bed at midnight tonight. Thanks to the fact that I was somewhere over the southeastern seaboard in a plane, having my lower back pummeled by the freaking 5 year old brat sitting in the seat behind me!! Have fun, I've read the books and it will be sad to see the end of the series.
