2013 Topps Football Birthday Packs!

Ok, so I'm exactly one month late for posting birthday stuff.   My wife gave me two packs of 2013 Topps Football cards in my birthday package.  She also gave me tons of candy and cookies and other treats.  I'm not sharing those.  They're long gone.

Well, that just sucks, doesn't it.  As many insert sets as Topps has, how does this happen?
