2006 Topps Allen & Ginter #184

Burrell was the first pick in the 1998 draft.  The top picks in '99, '00, and '01 were Josh Hamilton, Adrian Gonzalez, and Joe Mauer.  Burrell was a decent player, but those three #1s are really impressive.
