1989 Topps Cap'n Crunch #9

If this card is made by Topps, why did it have to be airbrushed? Man, I wish you could still get cards in Cap'N Crunch.  Of course, I'd then have to stop buying the cheapo Kroger-brand Crisp Berry Crunch.
